He explained clearly what's causing the issue, how the treatment works, and what to expect, which made me feel much more confident and comfortable. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to, which really helps ease any nervousness during the appointment & following treatments. The clinic itself is always spotless and well organized. I really appreciate that all of the equipment is cleaned and disinfected between patients, it gives me a lot of peace of mind. The staff are equally amazing. They have a solid medical background, work seamlessly with the doctor during treatment, and are always kind, welcoming, and caring. Scheduling is also very flexible. If something unexpected comes up, they're understanding and do their best to accommodate you. Communication is always easy, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Marcus, and the lady at the front desk in particular. Pricing is very reasonable and I love that they offer you several options for treatment.
