ChiroFinder Review & Content Guidelines

Last Updated: September 15, 2026

These Review & Content Guidelines ("Guidelines") explain what makes a review or other piece of User Content acceptable on ChiroFinder. They're incorporated into, and enforceable under, our Terms of Service. We may update these Guidelines as new patterns of abuse emerge; the version in effect at the time you submit content applies to that content.

1. Who Can Leave a Review

You may review a chiropractic practice only if you (or someone you're directly assisting, such as a minor child or a person in your care) actually received care or attempted to schedule/receive care from that specific practice. You may not review:

2. What Makes a Review Acceptable

A good review focuses on your actual, first-hand experience: quality of care, communication, professionalism, scheduling and wait times, billing and insurance handling, and the office environment. We encourage specific, honest, constructive feedback — including critical feedback, which we do not remove simply because a practice dislikes it.

Reviews may not be:

3. Prohibited Content

Regardless of who submits it, content on ChiroFinder (reviews, photos, responses, or any other User Content) may not contain:

4. Photos and Media

Photos and videos submitted with a review must be your own, taken in connection with your actual visit, and may not be stock images, images taken from another source, or images misrepresented as your own experience. We may remove media that is irrelevant, low-quality, or violates Section 3.

5. Moderation Process

5.1 Review Queue. All self-submitted reviews enter a moderation queue before publishing. We check submissions against these Guidelines; we do not pre-screen for factual accuracy of a reviewer's opinion, only for compliance with these Guidelines and our Terms of Service.

5.2 Flagging. Anyone — including the reviewed practice — may flag a published review as a possible violation of these Guidelines using the "Report" option on the review. Flagging triggers a human review of that content against these Guidelines; flagging alone does not guarantee removal, and a practice's dislike of a truthful, compliant review is not grounds for removal.

5.3 Outcomes. Depending on the outcome of moderation, we may: publish the review as submitted; redact specific violating portions (e.g., a third party's private information) while retaining the rest; reject the submission; or remove a previously published review. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the submitting user when their content is rejected or removed for a guideline violation, though we are not obligated to explain every decision in detail.

5.4 Legal Requests. We will also remove or restrict content in response to a valid legal process (e.g., a court order) or a properly supported claim under our Copyright/DMCA Policy.

6. Practice Owner Responses

A verified Practice Owner may publicly respond to a review of their practice. Responses must:

We may remove a response that violates these Guidelines and, for repeated or serious violations, suspend a practice's ability to respond or revoke claimed status under Terms of Service §4.3.

7. Google-Sourced Reviews

Some reviews shown on a listing page are imported from Google's Places API rather than submitted through ChiroFinder directly. Where displayed, these reviews will:

These reviews are not subject to ChiroFinder's moderation queue (Section 5) because they are not submitted to us directly; requests to correct or remove a Google-sourced review should be directed to Google, though we will investigate reports that a review is displayed inaccurately (e.g., misattributed) on our end.

8. Enforcement

Violations of these Guidelines may result in, depending on severity and repetition: removal of the specific content; a warning; suspension of your ability to submit reviews; account suspension or termination; and, for a Practice Owner, suspension of response privileges or revocation of claimed/verified status. We may also pursue other remedies available under our Terms of Service or applicable law, including for fake-review schemes that violate FTC rules on reviews and endorsements.

9. Questions or Disputes

If you believe a review about your practice violates these Guidelines, flag it (Section 5.2) or contact support@chirofinder.co with the specific review and the specific Guideline you believe it violates. We are not able to remove content simply because it reflects poorly on a practice; a review must actually violate a stated Guideline.
