2. ChiroFinder Does Not Provide Care
ChiroFinder does not practice chiropractic medicine or any other form of healthcare, does not employ, credential, supervise, or control any listed practice or practitioner, and is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, the chiropractic care, advice, or services any listed practice provides. Your use of the Service to find a practice does not create any medical, professional, or fiduciary relationship between you and ChiroFinder.
3. No Endorsement or Guarantee
Inclusion of a practice on ChiroFinder — whether unclaimed, claimed, verified, or a paid subscriber under any Plan — is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee by ChiroFinder of that practice's quality of care, credentials, licensure status, insurance participation, safety, or fitness for any individual's needs. "Claimed" or "Verified" badges reflect only that the listed contact completed our identity/authorization verification process (see Terms of Service § 4) — they do not reflect any clinical review, background check beyond what is stated, or quality assessment by ChiroFinder.
Always independently verify a practitioner's current license status directly with the applicable state licensing board before receiving care. Licensing information displayed on ChiroFinder (where shown) is self-reported by the practice or drawn from public board records at a point in time, and may not reflect the practitioner's current status.
4. Ratings and Reviews Reflect Opinion, Not ChiroFinder's Assessment
Star ratings, written reviews, and aggregate rating figures displayed on the Service — whether submitted directly by users or imported from Google (see Terms of Service § 5.5 and Review & Content Guidelines § 7) — are the opinions of the individual patients or reviewers who submitted them, not statements of fact and not ChiroFinder's own assessment of any practice's clinical quality. ChiroFinder does not independently verify the accuracy of any review's factual claims, and a high or low rating should be one input among several in your decision, not a substitute for your own research and judgment.
5. How Listings Are Compiled
To help you evaluate the information you see on ChiroFinder:
- Unclaimed listings are compiled from publicly available business information (e.g., public business registries, publicly listed contact information, and — where shown — publicly available state licensing board records) and have not been reviewed or confirmed by the practice itself.
- Claimed and verified listings have had their contact person's authorization to represent the practice confirmed through our verification process, and the listed practice is responsible for the continued accuracy of information it edits directly (see Terms of Service § 4.2).
- Specialty and insurance information is self-reported by the practice (once claimed) and should be confirmed directly with the practice before scheduling, particularly for insurance participation, which can change.
- Google-sourced ratings and reviews are retrieved via Google's public Places API and reflect Google's own data at the time of the most recent sync — see Review & Content Guidelines § 7 for the attribution shown with this content.
- Blog and editorial content on ChiroFinder is written for general informational purposes and is not medical advice; see Section 1 above.
6. Emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use ChiroFinder to seek emergency care or urgent medical guidance.
7. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for selecting a chiropractic practice, for evaluating whether that practice is appropriate for your needs, and for any decision you make in reliance on information found through the Service. ChiroFinder assumes no liability for the acts, omissions, care, or services of any practice or practitioner you find through the Service.
