I started coming in February due to neck pain.. I was very nervous because I did not want to have to have my neck cracked… however, from the moment I walked into the office I was put at ease. The ladies at the front desk were soo nice and welcoming and they made me feel comfortable. Then I met Dr. Dave and he has been amazing! He is kind, patient and very knowledgeable and eased my nervousness. I cannot recommend this facility enough!

We had our first visit today with children, and I left feeling so hopeful. It wasn’t an adjustment yet—they spent time getting to know her, doing scans, and really looking at what might be going on because my 2 year doesn't sleep well yet. As a mom, I loved how welcoming everyone was. They have toys and a kid-friendly space that made my kids feel comfortable, and the whole team was so patient and kind with her. They took their time, answered all of my questions, and never made us feel rushed. I’m so thankful we found them and can’t wait to continue kids care. If you’re a parent looking for a place that truly cares about your child, I definitely recommend checking them out.

I cannot say enough great things about this chiropractic office! The entire staff is amazing—friendly, welcoming, family-oriented, and always greeting you with a smile. From the moment you walk in, you feel like part of the family. Dr. Isaac Billin is exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process, discuss my treatment plan, and answer all of my questions. His professionalism and genuine care made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. Since I started coming here, my neck and back issues have improved tremendously and no longer cause me the problems they once did. I am so grateful for the care I’ve received and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about their patients. This was my first time coming to Fayetteville Family Chiropractic and my experience was great. The secretaries were very professional, on point, very helpful and explained everything very clearly and efficiently. The doctor was very patient explaining the anatomy and physiology of the back and spine to me, and explained everything clearly before, during and after the physical examination. Plus, they got me in and out at a decent time, which is very much appreciated. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you!

Fayetteville Family Chiropractor has been my go-to office since I was first introduced to them by a co-worker. The front office staff is outstanding, and the facility is always clean, organized, and well maintained. Appointment reminders are timely and helpful, and the staff is very accommodating when I need to adjust my schedule. Everyone in the office is friendly and makes a point to greet you by name, which creates a welcoming environment. Dr. Smith is my chiropractor, and he is excellent. From the initial consultation and diagnostic process, he has been attentive, thorough, and professional. He provides exercises to complete between sessions when needed and consistently explains progress and next steps. His bedside manner is impeccable—efficient, encouraging, and respectful of your time. I am extremely satisfied with the care and service provided by this office and would highly recommend Fayetteville Family Chiropractor to others.
