Dr. McDowell was awesome, i recommend him to everyone indeed of a chiropractor. Dr McDowell is very welcoming and his treatments are painless and worth every visit. Yolanda the receptionist was one of the nicest people I know.

I would like to share my experience visiting Fayetteville accident n injury center. The secretary is very top notch professional answer any questions. Mr Joshua and his other doctor are so professional and explain all the treatment procedures before and after of what they are doing to help you. Most important all the staff is extremely NICE which says a lot about this business. I am current patient and DO if fact trust my wellness of becoming better physically with more improvements day by day. I would definitely recommend them if you need a local chiropractor in Fayetteville.

Amazing experience from intake to treatment. I've been to other chiropractors and Dr. McDowell and Yolanda are truly my favorite care team. He does a great job of educating you on what is going on with your body and how to help your recovery along- I really appreciate this more than anything. Atmosphere is calming and welcoming. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and Professional. Appt. starts with electro-therapy and massage table then to the doctor to get adjusted. I look forward to coming here. They have motivated me to attend to my health in a better way!
