I was involved in a car accident and was referred to Apex Spine Joint & Wellness after visiting the emergency room twice due to severe and persistent pain. After just a couple of weeks of treatment, I've experienced steady improvement. My neck and back pain continue to get better with every visit, and my lower back and hip are healing gradually. The entire team at Apex provides exceptional care from the moment you walk through the door, sit in those white chairs, go through all the sessions and walk back out. Their customer service is outstanding, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Apex’s technology gives me confidence that I was receiving the best possible treatment and even recommended them to family and friends. My primary physician suggested that I visit a PT but I am sticking to Apex. The doctor is highly knowledgeable, genuinely cares about his patients, and takes the time to explain everything while providing the best recommendations for recovery. I'm grateful for the care I am receiving and highly recommend Apex Spine Joint & Wellness here in Fayetteville to anyone recovering from an injury or dealing with pain. 100% recommended!

Writing this 2 years later.. I stopped coming here because during an x ray Dr Chastain kept pointing out the wire from my bra and piercings (why idk). He said "that makes me hot and bothered" while supposedly referring to me discussing another chiropractor telling me I have one leg shorter than the other . After all that, without warning or permission, he grabbed underneath my armpit very close to my breast telling me about a muscle and why my shoulders were hurting. I reported this to the office staff and they claim they had a talk with him and that they told him to "be careful with how he says things next time". Never in my life have I had anyone use the term "getting hot and bothered" to mean upset. Ever. To be in a dark room, by yourself with a Dr who is talking about your bra wire , metal piercings showing up, and then to put his hands on you without warning on the top of your breast is not ok. I needed to leave a review after googling "spine dr near me" and the first thing that came up was about Dr Chastain. The office staffs solution was to try to book me when he wasn't there. I've never gone back. I no longer go to ANY chiropractor. That experience stuck with me and I wish his behavior would have been questioned a little more. -Brittany Platt

To many good things to share. Softwave therapy is amazing and has steadily helped my shoulder. The adjustments and spinal decompression are amazing. I feel better than have in years. To me the hands down best part is the staff. Dr Warren and his team made me feel comfortable from the moment I first walked thru the door. I dont think I have met a nicer group of people in a professional setting anywhere.

I had a great experience at Apex chiropractic today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease right away.
