I absolutely love this place and how we are treated so well every time we visit. Thankful for Dr. Pritchett and his sense of humor as well. It makes us as patients feel at ease when dealing with discomfort!

The care here is good, but the lack of sanitation is a serious issue. I noticed that the treatment beds are not cleaned, disinfected, or covered with paper liners between patients. The equipment smells terrible—like a foul mix of accumulated sweat, body grease, and excrement. In a healthcare facility, disinfecting equipment between patients is essential. I am writing this review so the owner takes action and ensures staff use disinfectant wipes between every single patient.

Dr. Pritchett has been my chiropractor for the last 8ish years. I couldn’t ask for a better doc or staff!!!! We love the entire practice!!! Always clean, everyone is always polite and they know me by name which is amazing seeing as they see a lot of patients every day! 10/10 always recommend. 🖤
