The staff at Wellness Professionals are all very knowledgeable in their field of expertise. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I had been referred to the right place. They are all very friendly, courteous and genuinely care about people. They are all so kind and compassionate. In my opinion, Dr. Dickerson is the best Chiropractor in NWA.

Today, I found out why this group gets over 700 5 star ratings. I was seen by Dr. Dickerson whose approach is tailored exactly to your individual needs. A very thorough assessment was followed by a smooth therapeutic adjustment then he had them provide an ultrasound treatment. My insurance does not cover chiropractic care but I did not need to ask if they provided a military discount. He told me, “We keep the cost low for everyone.” He was not lying. Everyone was friendly and professional. I will definitely use this office whenever I need assistance. As I am writing this, I am feeling great.

Dr Dickerson and Dr R. are both fabulous! It’s not just that I enter in pain and leave feeling Great, it’s the total commitment to your healing. My first exam was the most thorough examination ever! I have been seeing (and working with) chiropractors for over 50 years, truly the best! The C.A that follows up and helps with easy exercise makes a huge difference. The staff is beyond just kind ~ they treat you like family they actually like!

They also have static equipment for isometrics and strengthening, which is especially helpful for those with hypermobility, like me. I’ve been coming to Wellness Professionals since summer 2025, originally for sciatica pain. The team is caring, dedicated, and always willing to listen and adjust my care plan based on how my body responds. My pain—persistent sciatica, neck pain, headaches—can be unpredictable, but the staff consistently remain patient, kind, and flexible. I’ve never felt like a hopeless case—instead, they keep troubleshooting, adapting treatments to my needs, and explaining my options. To me, this willingness to evolve the plan is the mark of an excellent practitioner. My journey is often one step forward, five steps back, but it’s reassuring to have such a supportive care team. Managing chronic pain has taught me that no single approach is always enough. My healing is ever-evolving and requires different therapies and ongoing changes to my treatment; Wellness Professionals has been an important part of my support system.
