I’ve been seeing Dr. Bargas regularly throughout my pregnancy, and he always provides exceptional care. He truly listens to my concerns, takes time to educate me on what is happening to my body and thoroughly explains his care and approach. Recently I’ve been suffering from pubic symphysis pain and I thought it was just part of being pregnant and that I would have to deal with it. He asked multiple questions to better understand the source of my pain and did a variety of treatments including KT tape to help alleviate pressure. He took my pain from an 8 to a 3! I found Thrive while doing a google search for natural/holistic medicine and treatment in the Springs. For $19, I immediately booked an appointment this morning and met with Dr Kallenbach today. She was absolutely amazing! We went over my bloodwork results I had saved from 2024 and 2025, and she immediately dialed in on several issues that my regular doctor said were not a real concern when reviewing said bloodwork. She patiently answered my endless questions and helped me narrow down the key factors we need to improve first and foremost, a true whole body approach, not just a band aid for each little thing! Finally, someone gets it! My initial visit also included a quick adjustment of my neck and low back (talk about a tight, neck, it’s a mess!). I go back next week to review my X-rays and can get a $49 1 hour massage (normally $99). I wasn’t pressured to buy any supplements or sign up for more services, and you can refer friends and family for a free initial consult. Groupon also has great deals to combine the first visit with other treatments like laser therapy and massage, etc…

He mindfully listens to my concerns (low back, elbow, shoulders) and thoughtfully adjusts those areas that leave me feeling healed and healthy. I always come in with questions about my anatomy and he doesn’t hesitate to have a candid conversation about my curiosity! I would highly recommend Dr. Bargas and his staff to anyone!
