I’ve been seeing Dr. Zhea at Kinetic Sports Medicine and Rehab and couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. From the first visit it was clear she genuinely cares about her patients—not just treating the symptoms, but making sure you’re actually getting better. She has a great skill set beyond regular adjustments. The dry needling and cupping she incorporates have made a real difference for me, and she takes the time to explain why she’s using each technique. After my surgery she also gave me clear, practical exercises that actually helped with the recovery instead of just generic stretches. What stands out most is how kind and attentive she is. She always follows up, checks in on how things are progressing, and never makes you feel rushed. It’s rare to find a provider who combines solid clinical skills with that level of genuine care. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who listens, specializes in more advanced techniques, and truly follows through.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Taylor. He is very professional, attentive, and truly cares about helping his patients. He helped me a lot with my issues, and I started feeling much better after just a couple of visits. I’m very grateful for his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good chiropractor.

I have had a positive experience with the practice. My right shoulder has been causing me discomfort for more than a year, and after just one session, I observed significant improvement. With each passing week, my shoulder is showing progress. I am looking forward to returning to my normal self in the coming weeks. Dr. Taylor is an excellent clinician, and his communication is top-notch. I wholeheartedly suggest Kinetic to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Dr. Taylor helped me last year when I hurt my back, and I’m really grateful for the care I received. He didn’t just focus on immediate relief, he also helped me identify lifestyle changes and exercises so I could avoid running into the same problem again. He checked in on me frequently throughout the healing process outside of our appointments, which meant a lot and made me feel genuinely supported. My back healed well, and I feel much more confident identifying how I feel moving forward. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor!

I’ve been going to a physical therapist for over 3 months for my shoulder/neck tension and it only relieved a little bit of my pain. Then I found Dr. Taylor via Instagram to try him out to see if he could help me. After 6 weeks, I have a better range of motion and the tension on my shoulder has lessened. I really enjoyed having Taylor work on my shoulder, neck and traps. The dry needling, cupping, massages and exercises really helped. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor.
