I appreciate how easy it is to walk in and get seen without needing an appointment. The staff is always friendly and professional, and I consistently leave feeling better than when I came in. The convenience, quality of care, and reasonable cost make it a service I’m happy to recommend.
I drove two hours to get an adjustment. My intention was to pay cash for service. When I arrived, I was informed that since I am of medicare age, I am not allowed to come here.
This is long, but very heartfelt. For 30 years I have suffered from migraines. They started after I was in a car accident and at first they weren't life altering, but with each year that passed, they got worse and worse until I was having over 15 a month. The worst of these I referred to as "ice pick" migraines because it literally felt like there was an ice pick being shoved into the back of my head over and over. The pain was excruciating and made it very hard to do anything, even the simple task of lifting my head off of my pillow. I had to take meds to be able to work, but I also missed work due to the unrelenting pain. To try and find relief, I saw several massage therapists, got acupuncture by 2 different doctors, tried cryotherapy, Botox...you name a med and I tried it. I saw chiropractors regularly and I can't say anything bad about those that tried to help me during that time, but the ice pick migraines continued. But then a friend told me that although she knew I had suffered from migraines, she didn't realize I had been in a car wreck. She had suffered years with headaches and she told me that I needed to try a chiropractor that practiced NUCCA. I had never heard of it, but it's how I found Kim Meier and I am eternally grateful, not only for my friends input, but because of Dr. Kim Meier, the ice pick migraines have ceased to exist. In 3.5 years, I think I have had 2 or 3. This is HUGE for me. With continued treatment, I can now go several days without any migraines at all and while I used to panic at running out of medication, I have at least 3 to 4 months worth of meds that are in my cupboard. This has only been possible because of seeing Kim regularly. I had never had x-rays taken of my spine before and that is when she found that my C1 and C2 were messed up...for lack of a medical term. I truly believe this was caused by my wreck and that is why I had suffered for years. To finally figure out what was causing the WORST of my migraines and them being treated was life changing. I still can get migraines from stress or crying and even the barometric pressure can cause them, but I can also manage these sometimes with an ice pack or heat or a couple of Ibuprofen. It's more of an "ache" now than straight up excruciating pain. I also just want to say how compassionate she is. She truly cares, listens to you and makes you feel heard. Everyone in the office are amazing. The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and friendly as well. I just want to encourage anyone who is suffering from migraines and have tried everything out there, just call and make an appointment with the office. Making that first appointment for me has definitely changed my life for the better.
So thankful for these guys!! Saturday hours are life changing for me. I woke up realizing that I had a whole weekend being “out of whack” and I knew it was only going to get worse. Then a drive to Billings saved the day! ;)
I just started going to this chiropractic office because I lost my job & have no insurance. They are a little less expensive than my old chiropractor & I like the convenience of being able to just walk in with no appointment. The only thing I do NOT like, is that there is no privacy. The adjustment tables are all in one room & they send people back right away to wait their turn, so everyone is watching you get adjusted & vice-versa. I find it awkward. My suggestion would be to at least put up a divider. Other than that, I like this place & the doctors.
