I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mark Haynes and the team at Montana Wellness Center. I began working with Dr. Haynes as part of a larger healing journey, and his dry needling treatments have truly been a game changer. Years of chronic pain, muscle dysfunction, and fascial restrictions had left my body compensating in ways I didn't even realize. Through his knowledge, precision, and thoughtful approach, we've been able to activate muscles that simply weren't functioning correctly and release patterns that had been limiting my movement for years. The improvements have been incredible. I'm walking differently, moving better, experiencing significantly less pain, and doing things I couldn't do before, including squats and climbing stairs without discomfort. Every treatment builds on the last, and I leave feeling like we're addressing the root cause rather than just chasing symptoms. Dr. Haynes takes the time to listen, explain what's happening, and customize each session based on what my body needs that day. Love this place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I get great results with my adjustments. You never feel pressured to do anything. Feel very relaxed as he does the adjustment. Both Dr Mark and Dr Ty are awesome, both very personable, they make great recommendations and deliver great patient care. The pffice staff here is very friendly and super helpful.
