I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lina Yousofi and the entire team at Birch Pain and Spine Group. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with genuine kindness and care. The front receptionist is especially warm, welcoming, and friendly. She always greets you with such kindness and immediately makes you feel comfortable. The entire staff creates an environment where you feel cared for rather than feeling like just another patient. Dr. Yousofi has helped my back pain tremendously after only a few visits. I don’t feel it anymore and I am able to now preform more tasks when I wasn’t before. I am especially nervous about having my neck adjusted, and I tend to tense up because I have a difficult time allowing my body to relax. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and understanding. She never pressures me or makes me feel uncomfortable. Instead, she listens to my concerns and uses other techniques to treat and adjust my neck properly without forceful cracking. She makes sure I feel safe throughout the entire process. Dr. Yousofi is also one of the warmest people you will ever meet. Her smile alone makes you feel more relaxed and welcomed. You can genuinely tell that she loves helping people and truly cares about every patient who walks into her office. What I appreciate most is that this does not feel like a rushed, corporate-style clinic where every appointment is limited to 15 minutes. Dr. Yousofi takes the time to listen, understand what you are experiencing, and provide thorough, personalized care. Some appointments may take longer because she refuses to rush her patients, and I would choose that level of care any day over being hurried through an appointment somewhere else. Dr. Yousofi and her staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and truly amazing. This entire office has been such a blessing, and I am incredibly grateful for how much they have already helped me. Don't come here if you can't pay. The doctor has 1 move to offer and the rest of the time she's talking about all the things she COULD do if you wanted to pay. Took my mom here a month straight and she only came out in more pain and the real issues never addressed because "they weren't included"???? Like you can only have them do certain 1 body part and 1 move? Insane! Why take Medicare patients? You know they have Medicare for a reason. So sad and extremely frustrating.

My name is Debbie and I have an active life style which includes golfing, mountain biking, fitness workouts, etc. Upon entering my 50’s I began to experience knee pain which continued to get worse with an increasing pain element. At 56 years of age I decided to try the Birch Pain and Spine clinic. Specifically I was introduced to Dr. Sclafani who explained a PRP procedure which I decided to try. I was treated at the Tracy location by Dr. Sclafani, Megan and Anna. The procedure was handled very professionally and painless. The recovery was amazingly good. My knee pain subsided and virtually disappeared in 3 to 4 weeks. With a couple of additional treatments my knee pain is gone and my active lifestyle is back to normal pain free. I recommend this staff to anyone for treatment they were great!
