I started going to Andrade chiropractic back in 2003 after experiencing chronic low back pain. Dr. Andrade kept me comfortable and able to keep working until I retired and moved out of state. When I'm in town I get adjusted and feel much better. Thank you Dr. Ralph and staff your all amazing.

Since the first day I started treatment here I was treated with respect and kindness! Vivi and Brit are super sweet and doc is amazing! He gets straight to business and doesn’t fool around offering unnecessary treatment or advice. I feel so much better vs the first day of treatment! I will continue coming here even after my sessions are complete! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this chiropractor’s office! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The doctor genuinely cares about his patients and always takes the time to listen, making you feel comfortable and welcome at every visit. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. They always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. One thing I really appreciate is how flexible they are with scheduling appointments. They do their best to accommodate busy schedules, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent with treatment. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about his patients and has an amazing team behind him, I highly recommend this office. They provide outstanding care in a warm, welcoming environment, and I’m so grateful to have found them!

I am on vacation and live in NE North Carolina and have been pulling a camper and my neck and shoulder have been hurting for about a week now. I called Dr Andrade’s office to see if I could get in that day (Monday) and they made an appointment for the afternoon. The office staff are all very nice and made me feel welcome. Dr. Andrade is a very personable and down to earth person and he was able to adjust me and my neck is feeling much better. If you are traveling through the area and need an adjustment he’s your man to take care of you. I have been going to Chiropractor’s most of my life 50+years and he is very good at what he does, don’t hesitate to see him if you need help.

Britney and other staff members are always welcoming and very attentive! Dr.Andrade is very kind and always has the best interest in you and your treatment. Would 100% come back if ever need be and would recommend to anyone looking for their next chiropractor!
