Very knowledgeable and lots of experience. My frustration was not being told the process upfront. I went in with a lot of pain needing an adjustment. I’ve been going to chiropractors for years. The first appointment was just an assessment, the second appointment was to go over the assessment and explain the pricing. The price for the plan was astronomical. And I still left with no adjustment and now having to find a chiropractor within my network.

The staff deserves just as much credit—they’re warm, friendly, and efficient. They always greet you with a smile, there are never long waits, and they do a fantastic job accommodating busy schedules. It’s a welcoming environment where you truly feel cared for, not just another appointment. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality chiropractic care and a great team! Dr. Tsukasa Ishihara is an outstanding chiropractor who truly cares about his patients.

Staff is great but I had the worst experience with the owner Brad. Ive had lights stolen off my truck there before so im very cautious of where I park it and I always back it in to a spot. Today while I was about to leave the owner was staring me down, so rolled my window down and asked what, right away he was extremely rude and disrespectful acusing me of breaking his fence with absolutely no evidence. If he would've spoken to me with some sort of decency i would've explained my self and it shouldn't have been a big deal. But since I stood up to him trying to bully me he didn't like that and kicked me out of their membership program. Ive spent thousands of dollars over that last few years with this place. He came at me with a negative attitude and I matched it.
