Back on Point Wellness is truly a magical place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Pronunciation of my name correctly is very important to me and you know they care when they take the time to say it correctly. This makes me feel seen and cared for. I can feel reassured that they will really pay attention to what my issues are and know what to do to help me feel better. I look forward to continuing to heal with their help.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Back on Point Wellness. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a place that genuinely cares about providing a high level of care and making you feel like you’re in good hands. The entire experience feels incredibly professional, personalized, and honestly more like a five-star wellness experience than a typical clinic. Dr. Love has been amazing. Her approach to naturopathic therapy is extremely thorough and personalized, and she takes the time to actually listen and understand what you’re trying to accomplish rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I’ve been particularly impressed with her knowledge and guidance surrounding peptide therapy and overall wellness. She makes the process feel educated, structured, and personalized, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you’re receiving. Dr. Ernest Kim is also exceptional. His chiropractic techniques and therapies have been some of the best I’ve experienced. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to how your body is responding. You can tell he genuinely understands the body and takes a thoughtful approach to treatment rather than simply going through the motions. And the wellness therapies available there are incredible. The infrared sauna is amazing and is such a great addition to the overall experience. I’ve also really enjoyed the shockwave therapy, which is another treatment that makes Back on Point Wellness stand out from a traditional chiropractic or wellness clinic. What I really appreciate is how comprehensive the experience is. You have chiropractic care, naturopathic therapy, peptide therapy, recovery treatments, and wellness therapies all under one roof, with a team that actually takes the time to understand the individual. The level of service is genuinely five-star. Everyone is professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the entire facility feels clean, modern, and comfortable. You never feel rushed or like you’re just another appointment on the schedule. If you’re looking for a wellness facility that takes a comprehensive approach to health, recovery, performance, and overall well-being, I would absolutely recommend Back on Point Wellness. Dr. Love, Dr. Ernest Kim, and the entire team have created something really special. Five stars all around!

Karen was amazing. I haven’t had very many lymphatic drainage massages but hers was really good. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever had a massage on. And heated which is always a bonus. Nice place. Easy to park. Questionable music when I first arrived but more mainstream when I was leaving. Will definitely go back.

Update: I wanted to add this because I think it’s fair. After I posted my review, the owner personally reached out to me several times, apologized, explained they’re working on improving the front desk processes, and even offered a complimentary service. I really appreciated that. Because of the way they handled the situation, I’m updating my rating. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business responds that matters, and they handled it the right way. I truly hope the front desk issues improve because the massage therapists and chiropractor deserve it. I honestly don’t even know what to say anymore. The massage therapists here are amazing. Gayle and Karen are the reason I keep coming back. The chiropractor is great too. But the front desk experience is beyond frustrating. My husband and I have been coming here almost every week, so this isn’t based on one bad experience. Yesterday I called and booked a 4 PM massage. Today, at noon, I get a voicemail saying I missed my appointment because apparently they had me down for 12 PM. I know for a fact I booked 4 PM. Because of their mistake, I lost my massage altogether since there was no availability left. The worst part is that this isn’t the first time. We constantly deal with scheduling mix-ups, wrong appointment times, calls saying we missed appointments we never booked, or confirmations for completely different times. It’s become a regular occurrence. It’s really disappointing when you’re looking forward to an appointment and then lose it because the front desk can’t keep the schedule straight. The providers deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the front desk, especially Brittney, makes the entire experience unnecessarily stressful.

I don’t normally leave reviews, especially after only a few weeks, but I’ve noticed such a difference that I felt like I should. I’ve been dealing with what feels like every issue imaginable lately. MRIs, specialists, arm numbness, back pain, ankle and heel pain, thumb pain… at one point I was wondering what was going to hurt next. 😅 I started seeing Dr. Kim a few weeks ago, and we’ve been doing shockwave therapy on my ankle, heel, and thumb. All three are so much better than when I first came in, but the biggest difference has been my thumb. After just two sessions, I could finally feel my grip coming back, which has honestly been huge because I was struggling with simple everyday things like opening jars and even doors since last October. My arm numbness and back have also improved, and every visit I leave feeling a little better than the last. After months of trying to figure everything out, it’s been such a relief to finally feel like I’m making progress. Dr. Kim takes the time to explain what’s going on, answers my endless questions, and genuinely cares about getting his patients better instead of just getting them in and out the door. If you’re on the fence about shockwave therapy, or you’ve been dealing with chronic pain and feel like you’ve tried everything, I’d definitely recommend Back on Point Wellness. My only complaint is that I wish I’d found Dr. Kim sooner.
