I’ve had a really great experience with this physical therapy center. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely caring from the very beginning. They take the time to understand your situation, closely follow your progress, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I’ve noticed a real improvement since starting therapy, and I truly appreciate all the help and attention I’ve received. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality physical therapy. I signed up after specifically asking whether this was a subscription and was led to believe the pricing would be simple and predictable. In reality, I was charged additional fees on multiple occasions on top of the subscription price. Once you exceed a certain number of visits, they simply bill you the regular rate, which makes the subscription feel largely pointless. The way it was explained to me did not match how the billing actually worked. Getting answers about the charges was also unnecessarily difficult. The front desk could not clearly explain the bills, and instead of handling the issue internally, they told me to contact the finance team separately. I had to call another department, explain the entire situation again, and spend my own time figuring out charges that the clinic should have been able to explain. In a separate incident, I had already been charged around $135, and then later received another unexplained charge of approximately $30. When I questioned it, I was told it was for a “re-examination” or an evaluation of my condition. From my perspective, I received the same type of treatment as usual. No one told me before or during the appointment that part of the visit would be billed separately as an additional evaluation. The biggest issue is not the amount of money. It is the complete lack of transparency. Additional charges seem to appear after the appointment, and you only learn what they are for after contacting the clinic and repeatedly asking for an explanation. I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects clear, predictable pricing. Before signing up, make sure you ask exactly what the subscription includes, what happens when you exceed the included visits, and what additional evaluation, re-examination, or other fees may be added without prior notice. Carefully review every statement, because the price you think you are agreeing to may not be the amount you ultimately pay.

Dr. Bajwa and Dr. Robin are truly wonderful. I’ve been dealing with neck issues and spinal alignment concerns, and they have always been incredibly gentle, caring and attentive throughout my treatment. The entire team creates such a warm and welcoming environment. Their knowledge and expertise are evident, but what I appreciate most is how they take the time to educate and empower me to better understand and care for my health. I always feel supported, respected and in very capable hands.

Seattle wellness group is amazing. The chiropractors Dr. Bajwa and Dr. Robin as well as the acupuncturist Ron has done so much for me as an athlete by helping me recover from injuries and maintain my health after the fact. They always come up with an in depth care plan to help me get back on the field as quickly as possible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bajwa's on and off for over a decade and can't speak highly enough about how genuine and kind he is. He truly values his patients! Going so far as to connect me with other professionals in his network when discussing non-chiropractic concerns in the past. I appreciate that while my visits are quick, he still ensures he's engaging with me personally during that time. Sophi and Gabriel also contribute to the welcoming environment by always greeting you with kind words and a smile. I appreciate how flexible and accommodating they are with scheduling as well. The office is clean and the dedicated covered parking out front is an added bonus given the prime location!
