Elevate Chiropractic and Rehab

I am very pleased with my recent experience at Elevate. Jason was very attentive as I explained my range-of-motion challenges. Using a deep tissue massage-like therapy called active release technique, he worked through tight affected areas breaking down adhesions. This part of the visit lasted about thirty minutes, at which time I was seen by a PT (after having consulted with Jason) who customized an exercise program to help me re-build strength, improve range-of-motion, etc. We went through a series of exercises, always adjusting for proper form. (After the visit the office sends an email with the exercises in short videos to help you remember). Each visit built on the previous exercises. In total, I had about 6-8 visits, always in the same format. Elevate consists of a team of knowledgeable and caring professionals, in a space that is warm and inviting. I have been to other PT offices in the past that have been adequate and satisfactory. Elevate is co-ordinated and streamlined and made for a seamless experience, leading to, in my case, a speedy recovery. I highly recommend.

I came in for my first appointment because I had a really bad stiff neck (slept wrong). The whole scheduling process was very smooth and easy. Chase was extremely patient from the beginning. He took time to understand my history and carefully assessed where my pain was. Even though my English isn’t perfect, he made a real effort to explain everything clearly so I could understand. The treatment was very different from my previous chiropractic experiences. Instead of going straight into aggressive adjustments, he started with gua sha and silicone cupping, which I really appreciated. As a Chinese patient, I’m very familiar with these techniques, and I was honestly surprised (in a good way) that Chase incorporates this style. I loved it. He knew I was in a lot of pain, so everything was done in a very gentle and considerate way. By the end of the session, I felt significant relief. I’m very grateful for his care and would definitely recommend him.

I’ve been to multiple chiropractors for my pars fracture (spondylolisthesis) and this is the first one who has helped me feel better long term. Dr. Braff takes a knowledgeable approach to create an effective individualized care plan. Every other provider simply cracks my back where Dr. Braff localized my soft tissue and muscular issues. Here you’re more than just a patient and couldn’t recommend them more.

I’ve spent the last 8 months working with Dr.Chase on chronic head and neck issues and the difference has been incredible. I’ve seen plenty of practitioners over the years, but the care at Elevate is on a completely different level. My initial evaluation was incredibly thorough, and they’ve maintained that same thoughtful and invested approach ever since. They offer many types of therapy options that provide immediate relief, along with chiropractic adjustments. Every appointment wraps up with 30ish minutes of personalized PT work with their exercise specialist, Clint, who’s patient and attentive. They truly meet you where you’re at and build a solid, personalized treatment plan just for you. My partner started seeing Dr. Adam for back pain and was just as impressed. It seems their whole team is excellent, and their approach really should be the standard. I highly recommend Elevate, and especially Dr.Chase to anyone dealing with pain or mobility issues.

I’ve been going here for what feels like almost a year now. I must say the staff is super friendly, helpful and all around great. The inside looks amazing, the energy and vibe is just as amazing. Very clean always refreshing arriving. I’ve been working with Dr. Daniel. I came in with a goal of a simple relief! I got so much more!! Dr. Daniel is very knowledgeable and very upfront. He’s like the Dr. friend of the group who’s going to tell you right from wrong, help you set a goal, and help you get there. I also had the pleasure of working with Clint who’s super knowledgeable, talented and amazing!
