I have had a hip issue for a couple months from an injury that I was hoping would heal on its own. I had never been to a chiropractor prior to last week, but I was in so much pain that I was willing to try anything. One session with Dr. Darrick and the problem is completely fixed. Thank you!

Dr. Tyler was amazing after my initial consultation and treatment. He went over my full goals, needs, wants, etc. Then he took valuable X-rays on site with instant results to view what was medically wrong with my back. I visited this chiropractic clinic for the first time and wanted to share my experience. When I arrived, I was asked for a copy of my ID and was given several pages of intake forms to fill out. The forms asked for personal information such as contact details, address, insurance information, and Social Security number. I did not fully understand why so much information was required at the beginning of the visit, especially before any consultation or explanation. Because I felt a bit uncomfortable and confused about the process, I decided to leave before completing the paperwork or seeing the chiropractor. This is just my personal experience. The clinic may be following standard procedures for patient intake and insurance purposes, but I think it would help new patients if the staff explained the forms and requirements more clearly before handing everything over. Overall, I did not complete the visit, so I cannot comment on the treatment itself, only on the intake process.
