Bottom line: if you're dealing with chronic back pain, you should work with Dr. Ar'neka. I'm a 42-year-old woman with a history of an L4/L5 discectomy and laminectomy. Despite working out consistently for years and doing everything I thought was "right," my back continued to get worse. I have chronic sciatic pain on my right side from scar tissue and had started developing pain down my left leg from a recurring disc bulge at the same L4/L5 level. By the time I found Resilient Spine, I was seriously considering spinal fusion surgery. I've been through years of physical therapy, so I wasn't expecting anything dramatically different. I was wrong. Dr. Ar'neka conducted the most thorough assessment I've ever experienced. She took the time to listen to my entire history, understand my current concerns, and carefully observe how I moved my body. Rather than jumping into a generic exercise program, she made a few immediate adjustments and used that comprehensive evaluation to build a personalized plan specifically for me. Over the following months, each appointment built on the last. We'd discuss my progress, identify which movements were causing pain, and make thoughtful adjustments to my exercises. What stood out most was that Dr. Ar'neka didn't just give me exercises—she taught me how to move my body safely. I always thought I was protecting my back, but I now realize no one had ever truly taught me proper movement mechanics. Today, I'm regaining confidence in my body. I'm learning how to strength train safely, use weights without placing unnecessary stress on my lower back, and move through daily life with far less fear. While I know I'll always have a history of back issues, I finally feel like I have the tools to manage them instead of letting them manage me. I am so grateful I found Dr. Ar'neka and Resilient Spine. If any part of my story sounds like yours—chronic back pain, sciatica, recurring disc issues, or feeling like you've tried everything—I can't recommend her enough. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment. It may be one of the best decisions you make for your back.

Before coming to Resilient Spine, I had been dealing with chronic SI joint and lower back pain for over a year. It affected almost every part of my daily life. I avoided so many activities because I was afraid of making the pain worse, and there were exercises I simply couldn’t do anymore. One of the hardest parts was not being able to comfortably pick up and hold my young daughter. Before finding Resilient Spine, I tried resting, modifying my workouts, stretching, and other treatments, but nothing gave me lasting improvement. Working with Dr. Morgan has been such a different experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but what stands out most is how genuinely caring and personable she is. She listens, explains everything in a way that makes sense, and celebrates every bit of progress with you. I never feel rushed or like “just another patient.” For the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful. I’m now doing exercises that I honestly hadn’t been able to do in years, and one of the biggest victories has been being able to comfortably hold my daughter again. Those moments mean more than I can put into words. If you’re struggling with back or SI joint pain and feel like you’ve tried everything, I can’t recommend Resilient Spine enough. They’ve helped me get life back, and I’m so grateful.

Dr. Ar’neka is amazing. I came to her with ongoing shoulder pain that was limiting my workouts and daily life. I’m now free of the pain and have my range of motion is back (and I’m stronger)! She takes time and really cares about helping. She has a variety of tools and strategies to personalize a care plan. Thank you Resilient Spine!

Before I came to see Dr. Arneka I was living with daily pain in my hip and back upon waking up. I’m a therapist and sitting for multiple sessions per day at work was intolerable; I’m also a pretty active person but was unable to do yoga, hike or walk for more than a block or two. I was seeing a provider for traditional PT at the time that my pain and functioning worsened and it was clear that my provider didn’t really know what to do to help me. I spent months trying to figure out how to get out of pain on my own but nothing really worked. I was very depressed by the time I reached out to Resilient Spine but even after my first meeting with Arneka I felt some of my hope restored. Her warmth, humor and knowledge made me feel safe right away - both physically and emotionally. She takes time to let me ask questions and feel educated about the physiology behind the therapy she provides. She has kept my specific treatment goals at the center of our work throughout my time at Resilient Spine. Her commitment to her patients and women’s health in specific is obvious which means a lot when it’s often hard to find providers willing or able to approach care with sensitivity for our bodies and needs. Now I’m able to be active on a daily basis again; I wake up with little to no pain and I just got back from a solo trip to Japan - a trip that seemed impossible just a few months ago. I have endless gratitude for Dr. Arneka 🤍

After bilateral hip replacements the usual physical therapy wasn't working for me as a very active person. Dr. Ar'Neka changed all that. I am now stronger, more functionally fit, and have regained the confidence that was missing after my procedures and subsequent usual physical therapy sessions. Now I feel great, better than I have in a very long time, and am doing things I was told I wouldn't ever do again. Highly recommend Dr. Ar'Neka and Resilient Spine.
