I came to this appointment after dealing with a month-long sciatica flare and had been in a significant amount of pain. I want to be upfront that I was already very hesitant to see a doctor due to long standing body image issues and a fear of my body being discussed negatively. While seeking care for pain relief, I was told that I needed to gain muscle tone and that I didn’t need to “get round like he was.” These comments felt unnecessary and unrelated to the reason I was there. I was there because I was in pain and looking for help, not for commentary on my body. For patients who may already feel vulnerable ,especially when they are already hurting, remarks like this can be discouraging and uncomfortable. Medical care should focus on the issue being treated and be delivered with sensitivity and respect. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as awareness and bedside manner can make a meaningful difference in a patient’s experience. I will say the lady that worked in the front office as well as the back was incredibly kind and helpful.

Dr. Ellis is great, you can tell he actually cares about the clientele. He will work with you if your insurance won't cover a chiropractor. Me, my husband, and daughter have been seeing him for two or three years. He has helped us all so much. This place is so relaxing with great people, Avery is a sweetheart. I don't know what I would have done without Dr. Ellis.

My dad used to see Dr. Ellis years ago and recommended me to him since i suffer from lower back pain and migraines. It definitely makes a difference when you constantly go. Dr. Ellis is amazing, always talkative, always in a great mood and so is his staff especially his receptionist Amberly (i hope im saying it right) she knows you by name when you come in, she works with your busy schedule and is truly a delight. I cant say enough nice things about them. I truly love them! Even without insurance this is perhaps the only place that doesn't charge you an insane amount of money and thats a blessing and for that i thank you Dr. Ellis.
