I was highly skeptical of chiropractic until I injured my back in Sept 2025 and for 3 days could barely move. I had met Dr Jimmy & Dr Cynthia, owners of Cottage Hill Chiropractic a couple of months earlier so I decided to see if they could help me. I wish I could put into words just how much they have helped me and how much better I feel these days. You can’t just go for a quick fix when you injure yourself, you have to stick with the program and follow their directions. I have and love how much better I feel. I feel better than I did before I injured my back and I’m a total believer in their mission to help people like myself. They’re so kind caring and genuinely concerned for our well being. Dr. Cynthia is great! She is patient, genuine, and truly listens to all concerns. I started under her care to correct my posture, but I am benefiting in many more ways. She teaches me about stretches and other long-term ways to improve my well being. Everyone in the office is incredibly polite and makes the environment relaxing and friendly. Dr. Jimy and Dr. Cynthia have given me a new lease on life. When I first started coming to them I was lost when it came to my back. I had gone to an orthopedic doctor and they basically told me I was fine and they didn't want to do anything. I've been throwing my back out every year or two for the last 15 years. The last time I had to have an ambulance take me to the hospital because it was so bad. I've gone to physical therapy twice and another chiropractor in this time. The Louis's have made the biggest change in my daily pain and life than anyone else had. I cannot recommend them enough and they have gained a huge supporter in me. They are hands down the best chiropractors in Mobile!

I’m extremely thankful for Cottage Hill Chiropractic Center. Dr. Louis from the very beginning has been amazing. From the initial assessment he informed me of why I was have pain in different areas. My spine was out of alignment in a couple places and really affected my movement and posture. Since treatment I feel amazing with a ln improved posture and better range of motion. When I came I couldn’t turn my head all the way to the left or right. I couldn’t look up without feeling so much restriction in motion, and I didn’t have much strength in my right arm holding it in front of me with him pushing down. One adjustment restored my strength in my arm. Highly recommended
