I love this office. I can see why they have great reviews. For a community clinic they are doing an amazing job. I got the help that I needed and much more. They helped me with my medical application. They have a great OB NP, they do blood work and ultrasounds, I was really really impressed with the service. If you don’t qualify for medical they have great self pay prices. All the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable . Thank you for everything you guys do. They even have chiropractic services which I haven’t tried yet, but, will soon. I’m really happy with all of their services and the help they provide to everyone. Thank you so much

New doctor was my first visit with him I was comfortable with talking to him. He answered all my question. The nurse was also very nice and made me comfortable. It was a nice visit.

I came to this clinic seeking assistance with transferring my existing Medi-Cal coverage from Los Angeles County to Riverside County. I already have coverage and simply needed help completing what should have been a straightforward county transfer and to set this up as my primary clinic. Before making my appointment, I specifically asked whether the clinic could help with this process and was told that they could. I was directed to a particular staff member who was supposed to assist me. My original appointment fell on Juneteenth and I didn't remember that the Medi-Cal offices were closed. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment, only to encounter confusion about whether the staff member was able to assist me. One person told me she was busy, while the actual person indicated she thought I was late to the appointment. Ultimately, I was told I could not be helped that day and would need to reschedule after waiting over an hour. My appointment was then rescheduled for 4:00 PM on Monday for a three-way call with the Medi-Cal office. Unfortunately, the Medi-Cal office did not answer. Looking back, I question why this type of appointment would be scheduled so late in the day when county offices are close to closing and may not be available to take calls. It seems likely that this issue could have been anticipated and avoided. What should have been a simple process turned into multiple appointments, wasted trips, and unnecessary frustration. I hope the clinic improves communication between staff members and is genuinely more clear and overall more helpful about the services that they supposedly provide.

I am a retired health care professional, and I have been using NHC Menifee for the past several years. I followed a physician here from another practice, and he was my primary for several years. He retired and was replaced with another very competent provider, a NP. Unfortunately she just disappeared one day and nobody would say if she quit, or was let go, or moved, or what. I tried to follow her but was unable to find any information as to where she went. They assigned me to another doctor but I was unable to get an appointment for almost 90 days, so I quit this location and am currently looking for an alternative. I can say this, the staff are great, especially their telephone nurse hotline person. She was amazing. These people do follow up, all of them, and in a timely manner, for the most part. They do answer all of the portal messages within a few days, and they are pretty quick on RX refills. Unless you have special needs I would say this place is top notch. I think I can safely say that I would recommend them highly, with one exception, they seem to have a high turnover rate on providers. But, as far as I can tell all the providers are pretty good.

Dr. Shane Sheridan is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. He makes you feel heard and puts you at ease immediately at the initial intake appointment. After receiving my first adjustment, I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I feel 💯 better and would recommend this chiropractor to anyone I know! Thanks again Dr. Shane!!
