Cleanliness: 5/5 I love when the ambiance starts with a clean office and an ergonomic, well-thought-out feel. Staff: 5/5 Instantly eased into confidence when the staff walked me through the process and educated me on the purpose behind each step of the experience. Satisfaction: 5/5 Imagine the best sleep you've ever had. Post-cryotherapy? Yeah. It's better than that.

I started going to Prevail in December 2025 after a friend took me for a birthday spa day. I did the full treatment circuit and honestly had no idea I was about to become emotionally attached to a physical therapy office. 😂 My husband and I both ended up booking new patient assessments with Dr. Herrera and the care here has been incredible. He’s so knowledgeable about the body and actually takes the time to listen and figure things out instead of rushing you through. As an active midlife woman trying to keep up with life, work, family, hiking, grandkids, all the things… he has helped me through multiple issues that were really slowing me down. My husband is also medically complex and has been so happy with his results too. At this point I feel like I somehow ended up with the dream team, married to a chiropractor and now I’ve got the best physical therapist in Temecula Valley too. 😂 One of my favorite things is how welcoming the office feels. His wife and kids are always popping in and out and you can just tell they’re genuinely good people who really care about what they do. Now if I could only convince him to move to Murrieta because currently I only drive to Menifee for two things: this office and my grandsons. 😅

Guys…. I have been to 5 physical therapists and none have gotten my shoulder to replicate its instability I describe. Dr. Herrera is great and you can tell he cares about your health and how to get you back to recovery. Thank you! Also side note for any gym rats or health folks who like bio hacking or just overall trends that can help you recover or be better, they do vitamin drips, cryo therapy, red light therapy, sauna etc! I came for the shoulder but this is my new hidden gem find for active people like myself who need extra recovery. Go check this place out you won’t regret it.

I recently visited Prevail Health & Sports Recovery at 29800 Bradley Rd, Suite 105 in Menifee and it was easily one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. After only a brief look at my situation, Dr. Herrera put together a fully customized and tailored exercise/stretching program designed specifically for my needs. The results from the exercises were immediate, I felt significant relief the moment I started them, and the speed of the improvement was truly surreal. I also tried their cryogenic chamber, which reaches temperatures as low as -130 degrees. Spending just 2 minutes and 30 seconds inside felt incredibly therapeutic and left me feeling refreshed and recovered. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and professional Dr. Herrera is, his expertise is obvious from the first interaction, and it made working with him an absolute pleasure. If you’re looking for genuine, effective care in sports recovery or general health, I cannot recommend Prevail Health & Sports Recovery highly enough. They delivered exactly what I needed and I will be returning for more visits.

Dr. Herrera has been instrumental in my recovery after surgery. He identified and addressed the root cause of my issue—something other providers had overlooked.
