I am an accountant who has been suffering from "tech-neck" for over a year. One appointment with Carolyn relieved so much pressure and stiffness that has been causing pain. I had a personal training session today at Evolve Health and Wellness with Dr. Alex, and it was honestly such a great experience! He did an amazing job helping me improve my form and explaining small adjustments that made a huge difference in my workout! I’ve always hated Bulgarian split squats because they never felt right for me, but today I finally learned how to do them properly and could actually feel the difference. In just one hour, I made several improvements that I know will help me get more out of my workouts moving forward! I highly recommend booking a session with him, even if you already have a workout routine, just to make sure your form is correct and you’re maximizing your results safely and effectively. The facility itself was also great! It was a very welcoming, fun, and friendly atmosphere! :)

Evolve Health and Wellness is truly the place to be! I’ve taken advantage of several of the services offered and am excited to continue exploring other options to optimize my wellness routine. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and inclusive. The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. The vibe is uplifting, positive, and inviting. Always punctual, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely personable, Audrey makes each session both comfortable and professional. Our family has had an incredible experience at Evolve Health and Wellness. We’ve seen Dr. Carolyn, Dr. Kaden, and Dr. Alex for chiropractic care, and every one of them has been exceptional. They take the time to truly understand what’s going on and tailor their care to each person. As an active, athletic family, we really value how thorough and knowledgeable they are. Most recently, our 10-year-old saw Dr. Kaden for a sprained ankle, and he was beyond amazing with her, he was patient, kind, and communicative.
