I loved my physical therapy experience with Dr. Lowder and the staff at Accelerate Health. Dr. Lowder genuinely cares about your progress and always listens intently to your questions/comments/concerns. He helped me navigate healing and regaining my strength post hip surgery, and I will definitely be back if I have any other physical therapy needs. Additionally, the front desk staff were always kind and helpful; scheduling/rescheduling was easy and they helped me with the insurance side of things as well. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Justin and his team are incredible! I've had major spinal and abdominal surgeries...with complications requiring more surgeries (large incision hernia, umbilical hernia, adhesions so bad I had a bowel obstruction). Justin's work improved my balance, increased strength, lessened dizziness (nystagmus), treated scars and adhesions via cupping (critical, as it turns out after abdominal surgery) and red light laser (for another injury). The front office staff is also helpful, friendly and (this is important), able to work with insurance.

The front desk team is endlessly patient, accommodating, and effortlessly cool. You aren't stuck languishing in a waiting room purgatory for an hour like at a standard doctor's office. Instead, you are swiftly ushered back within minutes to melt under a heating pad that perfectly preps your body for the session. The environment they’ve cultivated is a non-judgmental, inclusive safe space, where anyone can feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Brittany does not just crack you and kick you out; she delivers a thorough, full-body masterclass in structural alignment. Neck, upper back, lower back, hips. Her technique is phenomenal, and she exhibits extraordinary care by taking the time to warm up, stretch, and prep your muscles before executing any major adjustments. Her educational approach is equally stellar. When I asked about pelvis and tailbone tension, she didn't just rattle off medical jargon; she pulled out 3D models to visually map out exactly what was happening inside my anatomy. While the appointments are efficiently fast, the entire team always takes the time to thoroughly answer questions. We even ventured into dry needling. The first time felt wild, but now my shoulders are so delightfully loosened up they barely even flinch at the needle. The sheer lack of physical tension I now carry is incredible. This is actually my first time having insurance that covers such affordable chiropractic benefits, and it has been an absolute game-changer. But let's be real: even if those benefits ever went away, I would still gladly pay out of pocket for Dr. Brittany. She is spectacularly open-minded and skilled; and alongside the stellar front desk crew, Accelerate Health has turned me into a devoted client.

Dr. Downing is an AMAZING chiropractor! I highly recommend her! She is truly knowledgeable, and extremely professional. She has helped myself and my family members with regular maintenance alignment as well as helped with various injury recoveries and was able to avoid recommend surgery with deep tissue laser therapy and other services. Everyone we have interacted with has been great. Always polite and professional. The facility is always clean.
