I've been receiving treatment for about 2 months now from lsc, I have requested to be called my last name verbally for personal reason and the front desk lady refused. Basically told me she didn't care and she will call me what she wants. Went behind me and called my lawyer to inform me they will no longer treat me. Twila was a lovely lady but the rest of staff is rude, incompetent, and a disgrace to the medical feild. Do not go to lsc if you want to be respected

This place doesn't even deserve a star. After waiting a month and half for an appointment and cancelling business trip outside the state of Florida, I arrived to the appointment to find out they changed the date to an additional 3 weeks. With a smirk in their faces claiming they tried to call to let me know. I drove 45 minutes, this is the second issue I have with this Trinity Medical Group.

I really can't say enough great things about this place. From the very first phone call to every single visit I feel very welcomed. I had severe pain in my hip that was transferring to the other side of my body. Dr. Serrano was able to quickly diagnose me & I feel better with every visit. Regina,at the front desk, is absolutely fantastic! Twilla, the x-ray tech/therapist, is amazing! I highly recommend LSC for all of your chiropractic needs.

Had a appointment for 9 am didn’t get seen until about 9:40 then next thing i know im being walked out the door without receiving the treatment i was supposed to be provided. I informed them of what i came for and they had no clue that i was there for it. So what did you think you were doing? Just asking questions and sending me on my way? None of these doctors care about their patients.

We made one simple request: Please mail us a CD with our aunts X-rays. A year ago, our aunt went in to the Spine Center for X-rays and has since moved to the west coast. She is disabled to the point where she has lost her mobility and is physically unable to have X-rays done anymore. We need the X-rays in order for her to see a specialist here on the west coast. For the past seven months we have faxed them at least three times and telephoned four times asking that the X-rays be sent to us on a disc. Each time, we were told that it would be taken care of. Sometimes when we would call, we would get a generic voice mail. Every time we call, our phone calls are screened. Other times we would call and be put on eternal hold. The receptionist was sometimes snippy with us. As retired business owners, we can candidly say, "This is no way to run a business".
