I’ve been coming here for almost a year now, and I’ve consistently had such a great experience. Angelo, Dr. Arrieta, and BJ have all been amazing throughout my time here. Angelo has been a wonderful physical therapist and has really helped me throughout my recovery. Dr. Arrieta has also been incredibly helpful with my treatment and always takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable and taken care of. And BJ is always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful at the front desk. After being here for so long, I can genuinely say they’ve made the entire process so much easier for me. Everyone has always treated me with kindness and professionalism, and I truly appreciate all the care and support they’ve given me over the past year. I definitely recommend them!

I have been experiencing spine issues for a long time and I have been seen by different doctors and massage therapist, but I have never felt that the treatments have worked except here in essential chiropractic Angelo And Courtney are the best. I feel like they really know what they’re doing, and I have found the relief that I needed in their hands.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Essential ChiroCare in Lakeland. My weekly appointment is easily the highlight of my day every week. Starting with the friendly smile I am greeted with by the receptionist at the front desk…to the moment I leave, I am treated like a priority! This feeling lets me know that I have reached my place of healing, relaxation and relief! Dr.Omar Arietta listens to my concerns and makes sure to address each area discussed during my treatment session. He truly “gets me”. In addition, Courtney has the best hands ever and manual therapy with her is absolutely amazing. They are all assets to this company and should be recognized for their individual talents and their collective ability to relate to patients and make us feel seen and heard. I can honestly say that if they weren’t here, I think I might not come here. THEY are what makes my experience great!! This is one appointment I look forward to attending every week!!❤️ I am not just a patient..they treat me like I’m part of the family.

Dr Arrietta is the best! We love visiting him every week for our adjustments. Always professional and very knowledgeable. We have actually learned a lot from him and how to prevent having our pains reoccur. The staff in Lakeland is also wonderful to deal with. Thanks so much Dr A!!!

Dr. Arrieta is absolutely amazing as are his staff. They are very knowledgeable and caring, the facility is clean, you don't wait for an eternity to be seen and the best part is that listen to understand and address your cares, concerns and needs.
