Great chiropractic office! The chiropractor was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent care. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and made scheduling appointments easy. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended! I would recommend this for anyone in the Hartford area.

I would like to emphasize that the office where I currently receive service is truly exceptional. The staff's level of knowledge and expertise regarding the services they offer is outstanding, which inspires great confidence and peace of mind as a client. My decision to move from my previous office was precisely due to the difference in the quality of knowledge and service. In comparison, the current team demonstrates far superior preparation and professionalism, resulting in a significantly more satisfactory experience.

Bad vibes. While testing ROM of my injured shoulder, the doctor quickly pulled backwards on my arm without warning while it was in an exposed position for which I'd just verbally confirmed pain. This hurt me. I left before being treated. I did not feel comfortable in the office or with the receptionist or doctor. There was a chemical scent in the air. Address at #555? Too many red flags. I recommend you go elsewhere. Doctor and receptionist shouting to each other from different rooms. Receptionist cackled to self while I was in waiting room. At the least, this is unprofessional. Doctor said he would provide acupuncture to relax me. Before I moved a few weeks ago, an acupuncturist directly treated with needling and electrical stimulation my shoulder and chest which yielded significant relief and resolution of symptoms. This doctor balked at providing similar. Sometimes I get concerned over what ends up being nothing. But the doctor pulling on my arm like that confirmed a bad gut feeling. I left before treatment as I felt like I was being scammed.
