This is an all-around health services place. They do massage trigger point injections and chiropractic. It really does help a lot because it’s not just one thing you’re doing. They even give you even stretches afterwards to work on. I feel so much better and I really would recommend this place.

I was in pain. I needed help. I googled practices and made an appointment at AFC Physical Medicine and Chiropractic. When I walked in, I was greeted with “Hello! Welcome!” Then started a thorough evaluation of my pain and my spine. Diagnoses made and treatment started. Like a well-oiled machine that’s happy to be helping, each staff member did what they did with pep in their step and a smile. And I learned so much about my body in the process. Today was my 3rd appointment and it was invigorating. And the care at each station, be it a trigger point injection, a massage targeting the area of pain, being taught stretches to eventually resolve the pain, and a chiropractic adjustment, flowed. And at the end of my visit…I rang the bell, because I was doing well. I highly recommend AFC for your pain needs. Yes, pain medicine can be a quick fix, but the pain relief will fade. Learning the tools to first rehabilitate and then prevent future pain is pretty awesome in my book. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.
