Oh my goodness! From the first phone call to make an appointment to the last handshake with the doctor I felt welcomed, understood, and knew I was being “heard”. I knew right away these people have a real heart to help address the pain I was in. The office is high tech but very personable. Dr. Johnston is a true professional and caring individual with great staff. Highly recommend Desert Springs Chiropractic!

my experience with desert springs chiropractic has been incredible. the staff members are so nice and always so accommodating. I have had migraines for 8+ years and i’ve tried everything to try and help my migraines but nothing has helped. I really had lost hope but once a friend recommended this office I decided to give it a shot and after meeting dr. johnston he has helped my migraines tremendously!! i’ve gone from having migraines everyday to having only a couple each month. I would definitely recommend dr. johnston, he has treated me as if I was his own daughter. desert springs chiropractic is a great practice!

Dr. Johnston and his very hardworking staff really display great character ad a business: patient, kind, and compassionate. Dr. Johnston (and his other great colleagues ( are very thorough in explaining everything anatomically and really help guide you every step of the way. I’m eager to say I received equal amounts of compassionate care AND competent care. I love that they are very on top of best clinical practice and follow evidence based practice as well. I get greeted warmly and the staff is always very courteous. I love as the care evolves based on your needs and you’re not doing the same exercise as the weeks progress because it makes sense you have to challenge your body as it heals. I would (and have) referred my family and friends to this practice because I do believe your health can greatly improve /heal in this environment and I felt very heard/listened to during my time here . God bless this practice and hope anyone reading this would consider that this is a great place where the staff does care about the people and do their absolute best to provide quality care.
