I would like to thank the staff at Fresno family chiropractic for a friendly and welcoming visit. My back feels great every time I come. I highly recommend Dr. Ritter. Thank you Leticia Taylor and Sommer for seeing me in adequate timing. I was in and out of there with no long wait time.

Really disappointing experience here. My wife and I were gifted massages for Christmas. She had an individual massage and we had a couple massage. We scheduled both her individual and our couple appointments back in February. Unfortunately in April they rescheduled her appointment to June and when we went in for our couples massage (which we both had to take time off work since their hours arent very accomodating) they canceled our appointment without any notification and proceeded to say we were contacted but didnt show any rescheduled appointments. They further went on to explain that we couldn't be seen because they were short staffed and their workers comp and VA patients were priority. We were tried of playing the constant reschedule game and asked if we could be refunded the certificates values. Which they said no only the purchaser could do that. We returned the gift certificates to the individual who gave them to us only to find out they refused go refund the certificates and would only provide a credit of the value to him. There are several other massage places who have far greater service that I would recommend before trying to go here.

I've been going to Fresno Family Chiropractic for years now. My whole family are patients. Dr. Ritter or Dr. J (that's what we call him) is a great chiropractor. He makes you feel comfortable and is attentive to every chiropractic need you come in for. The whole staff is awesome and very friendly. I highly recommend!

Staff are friendly and kind. Dr J Ritter is gentle. It was my first time at a chiropractor and I have to admit I was a little nervous but Dr Ritter explained and gave me time to relax and take a breath. The office smells nice and is very well maintained, definitely upscale. I would recommend this office to everyone.
