Very disappointing experience. I never even got to see the chiropractor and ended up wasting nearly two hours, including a 35-minute drive each way. I was placed on the waiting list, received a message that an appointment had opened up, and responded to accept it. When I arrived, the two front desk staff told me the spot had already been taken. Their explanation was that they hadn’t been able to update me because they were on lunch break, and that the message had originally been sent on Sunday when the office was closed. This was extremely frustrating and poorly handled. If you have other options for chiropractic care, I would recommend going somewhere that communicates with patients more reliably and respects their time.

Dr. Teresa is a very professional physician. The clinic is a very neat and comfortable place. Make you home feeling. All the assistants are very professional as well, and very friendly and warm. After my first visit, my symptoms getting better obviously. I am so appreciative and pleased. I will introduce my friends to see Dr. Yi when they needed.

I have seen Dr Yin regularly for almost two years. Her treatment is very effective in relieving the pain and soreness, and has prevented the development of certain chronicle diseases due to my improper postures and aging. Dr Yin knows well the art of human body physics, and applies right amount forces at the right spots. Thank you Dr Yin for the great help.

Dr. Teresa has healing hands. She's so professional, kind, gentle and takes so much care in what she does. A few months ago, I fell and couldn't even walk. Went to Dr. Teresa, just in a couple of days I was able to walk with the help of the walking sticks for extra support. Within a few days, I was walking without any help. Went back to work in 2 weeks, with no issues. Any time I have any issues, she fixes it right away. I highly recommend Dr. Teresa. The staff over there are so kind, friendly and helpful.
