One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider. I found this chiropractor through my insurance company’s website as an in-network provider. When we arrived, the receptionist verified our insurance coverage over the phone and then escorted us to a consultation room. No concerns were mentioned. We waited 30 minutes before the chiropractor briefly stopped by to say he was running late. After another 20 minutes, he finally came in, spent about 10 minutes asking about medical and family history, and then informed us that they were actually out of network. By that point, my wife, who was already in significant pain, had been sitting there waiting for nearly an hour. Had they communicated the insurance issue upfront, we could have left immediately and sought care elsewhere. What made this especially frustrating was that the office appeared to know there was a coverage issue before we were ever taken back. Instead of being transparent, they wasted our time and prolonged my wife’s discomfort. Offering a few “free tips” afterward did little to make up for the lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time. I would not recommend this practice.

Updating my original review: I do not recommend this chiropractor. During my first visit, I was asked to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a discount on a pillow. That immediately raised concerns about the authenticity of their online ratings. I have seen many chiropractors over the years, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. After 24 visits with Dr. Fisher, my back pain did not improve at all. Rather than addressing why his treatments weren’t helping, he attributed the issue to everything else he could think of like rotating my mattress, taking a hot shower in the morning, doing stretches that I can find on YouTube for free, using the poor quality pillow he sells (which actually gave me neck pain), etc. He takes no responsibility! I invested a significant amount of time and money into the treatment plan, but I saw no benefit. Based on my experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this practice to others seeking relief from back pain.

Dr Fisher is kind and understanding. I recently got into a car accident and he was able to tell me the cause and procedures that have to be done. I really recommend this place !

Amazing service and highly competent professionalism. Dr. Fisher is a skilled chiropractor that always leaves me feeling significantly better than I walked in. 10/10.

Dr. Paul is a friendly, knowledgeable person. He explained all the impacts that my body had from the accident and explained the corrective/restoration procedures. The clinic staff are friendly and helpful answering any question that I have regarding insurance. Feeling much better after 2 sessions, hoping to recover in the next 2/3 months.
