Just wanted to start off by saying the experience I’ve had over the last three months has been amazing. Dr. Alex has been incredibly helpful throughout my injury rehab process and has been very informative as well. I’ve learned a lot that I’ll be able to carry with me moving forward. Going into it, I was skeptical because I’ve been to a couple of insurance-based physical therapy clinics before and never had the best experiences. I often left feeling unsatisfied or like I wasn’t truly getting better. However, over these last three months, Alex has consistently challenged me physically and pushed me to get where I needed to be. The process is definitely worth it, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering physical therapy especially athletes. Dr. Alex really understands how to help you recover, improve, and get back to where you need to be.

Alex Lee at Core Performance has been a game changer for me. He helped unlock mobility in my shoulder and back, which allowed me to finally complete a full golf swing and noticeably increase both my swing speed and distance. Any golfer looking to improve their game and stay pain-free would benefit from Alex’s advanced technology and expertise.

Dr. Alex is the real deal. I was in rough shape when I sought him out two months ago - sidelined by persistent hip and lower back pain and unable to run recreationally. He immediately assessed me and sketched out a very accurate picture of various misalignments, biomechanical issues, etc. and developed a remediation plan to match. This plan has been excellent and far more tailored to a sports context than a generic physical therapy program, utilizing a range of Functional Range Conditioning drills (with weights and resistance bands), joint stabilizing exercises, and NEUBIE protocols. Each session leaves me blasted, in a great way - and I come back noticeably stronger each week. Just this past weekend, I managed to do a 6-mile run mostly pain-free - a far cry from barely being able to roll out of bed several weeks ago. I would especially recommend Dr. Alex if you are a current or former athlete as he is an athlete himself and knows how the body should optimally move in a wide range of different contexts. I also really like his coaching approach; it is highly motivational and helps me up my intensity during our training sessions. The best is when you're hooked up to the NEUBIE at a Level 8 and are just gritting your teeth and grinding through the movements with his encouragement. It has helped me rediscover a kind of "fight" that I had lost over years and years of soft, sedentary office work. Greatly appreciate all of your assistance, Alex. -Joe

I started going to Dr. Alex a few months ago due to injuries other chiropractors weren’t able to help with. Not only have I started to move beyond those injuries, but I’ve started making meaningful progress addressing physical issues I’ve had since I was a teenager. I’m 36 and my athletic performance is only getting better! I didn’t know it was possible! Dr. Alex is the type of physical therapist who can help with sports performance I’ve been hoping to find since I was a teenager. It’s completely worth the expense to be able to overcome unnecessary injuries and physical limitations and unlock my full potential.

As a special education teacher I stand all day, which takes a toll on my feet, knees, and hips. I also required additional support to rehab both knees which had total knee replacements. These issues affected my road cycling performance and overall quality of life. What I like about Dr. Lee is that he combined technique with the latest technology to pinpoint and address my problem areas. One of the first things Dr. Lee did was to assess my body’s alignment, and introduced me to CARS exercises to improve my joint mobility from head to toe. I am now back to riding my bike, I can kneel to do my floor exercises at the gym, and I can stand for longer periods pain-free. Thank you Dr. Lee!
