Came in for posture help and spine correction and I’ve loved Square One Chiropractic in Fort Collins, Colorado so far! The chiropractor took a ton of time to listen to my back pain and neck pain concerns, didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need, and laid out a clear treatment plan. I feel confident investing in my back health and spine health with this chiropractor!!!
AMAZING staff!! Very fun, kind , and overall a joy to be around! Have not had a bad experience yet! Extremely knowledgeable and very willing go through the steps with you so you have full understanding of the recovery process. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to begin or return to a journey of recovery! STAFF BEST PART

I started treatment with Square One Health in January 2026 after being involved in a car crash, and I am so grateful I found them. They created a personalized treatment plan that perfectly fits my specific recovery needs. While I know it is still a long journey ahead, I fully trust the process because of the care I’ve received. Beyond the treatment itself, the staff is absolutely amazing, they truly make every visit feel like I’m part of the family. A special shout-out to Dr. Cowan, who is incredibly thorough and attentive. Highly recommend!
My experience at Square One Health has been fabulous. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Tevontay leads my rehab exercises, and I feel better when I'm done. I also love getting trigger point injections from Emily. I feel great after these especially when I'm not working. I didn't know much about regenerative medicine until coming to Square One, but I'm happy it's an option here. Overall my sleep has improved, I can bend again, and my overall mobility has improved. I'm happy I've been coming here, and I look forward to continue seeing great results!
