Wonderful place to be! I went from rolling out of bed and being afraid of men to looking forward to coming in to get adjusted by Dr. Ryan. He has saved my body and my life. I can do things that I use to be able to do now. I can get up like a normal person now in the mornings and I don’t need to self medicate for pain. I never wanted to be on meds for back pain and I’m glad I didn’t go down that road. I knew there was something better out there that I could do. I wish insurance helped with the payments but Dr Ryan saw I needed his services and even with just a part time job and full student schedule he worked with me on my schedule and budget. I am super grateful for the staff and Dr Ryan. They all treat me like family including my kids. 100/100 would definitely recommend. This review was long over do and I now have my son seeing Dr Ryan after a serious head injury. If you’re looking for a chiropractor that actually cares about you more than getting paid you need to go to Heart and Hand Chiropractic !

I've had a heel spur for about 9 months. Very painful. These guys use a soft wave technology that broke up the scar tissue in my feet and 3 weeks later my feet are pain free. They are also working on some adjustments to my spine that was out of whack. I highly recommend them. They care about their patients.

When I first decided to try a chiropractor, I was extremely hesitant. Heart and hand made me feel very welcome and answered all of my questions with ease. I was terrified of the experience as a whole, but once I started getting adjustments and getting to know their team, I began looking forward to going every single week. I highly suggest everyone who is scared to try chiropractors but especially Dr. Ryan with heart and hand! My life has drastically gotten so much better and I couldn’t appreciate this group more!

I’ve been going to Dr Ryan and his fantastic staff for about 2 1/2 years. Dr Ryan solved my acute pain, recommended a plan to correct damage caused by my awful, lifelong posture, and I’m much better. Pain free and continuing with weekly maintenance adjustments is the key for me. I have no intention of discontinuing my visits. It helps me that much.

I'm super thankful for Dr. Ryan and his amazing staff! He has been able to bring healing to 20+ year old injuries. I no longer have to fall asleep on ice packs, my posture is better, I haven't had vertigo for almost a year, I can actually sleep and relax, my arm is regaining function, and my lower back isn't in any pain like it was. At 43 yrs old to regain some peace and strength in my body is an unmeasurable gift. Over the last 20 yrs I have been to all kinds of practioners like PT, massage, acupuncture, yoga, float tanks, manuel therapy, herps, nutritionist, other chiropractiors, etc. Dr. Ryan's practical and holistic approach blessed me with more healing in 1 yr than anything I've tried in 20 year. His staff is caring, professional, and skilled. His soft wave tech Tayah is the absolute best in town and makes me fell so comfortable! I highly recommend trying out thus practice for anyone to maintain their health. I trust him with my kids too and it has benefited them greatly as well.
