Advanced Healthcare Chiropractic

Been coming here for almost a year and I’ve never felt better. Dr Irwin has helped me tremendously, Alexis and Jade are always so accommodating and friendly. They really make you feel comfortable and at home here and alleviate all the pain you have.

I started chiropractic care here after my car accident which was completely covered by insurance. I stopped receiving care because the office manager basically told me that insurance was no longer covering my services. When contacting my insurance that told me i still had up to $15,000 in medical services but I just stopped going because I didn’t want to get scammed. Months after I stopped going there, I called State-farm to make sure everything was paid being that I had signed an agreement. They told me that it had not been paid nor contacted by Advanced Healthcare at all. After trying to contact Jade through email and phone (for weeks) I finally just went in to get a copy of my full receipt to send to insurance. When I asked her if she had tried to contact them she said she had “multiple times” which is very suspicious because the state-farm agent said they have a recorded line and she has NEVER called.. which I have a recording of. I do not know what she’s doing with everyone’s finances but she’s very kind upfront but is definitely dishonest. I’m only 20 years old and definitely did not think I would have to go through all this just to get adjusted. Otherwise the doctors, employees, and massage therapists were all very good at their job. It’s a shame that Jade does not do what she says she will.

During the first appointment and consultation, I felt like one of the "family". The care and attention each person I encountered gave me was exceptional. I feel myself getting better and stronger after each visit. I would 100% recommend Advanced Health Care.

I had terrible pain in my right hand and Iwas scheduled for knuckle replacement for severe arthritis and canceled the surgery because I was scared of it as I read more about it. I was also having difficulty walking fluidly when I first went to Advanced Healthcare Chiropractic. I am 79, and thanks to Dr. Nate and staff, I am playing pickleball 3 times a week, waterskiing, and moving fluidly now. My hand is so much better because of the Shockwave treatment. I can't say enough good about this practice! They have improved the quality of my life.

This chiropractic office has an amazing team that’s both knowledgeable and supportive. Ryan, the massage therapist, is outstanding—he does phenomenal work on tight muscles and knots and really knows how to target problem areas. Highly recommend!
