My initial assessment took 4 hours, I was advised about a treatment course, Kaiser Medicare does not cover much, rest is out of pocket. I have only had two appointments, I have a complex case, I’ll need at least 18-24 months from what I understand, but staff is courteous and considerate. I had never had an “adjustment” before, it scared me, so I have asked them to be more cautious and gentle with me. People who are used to having adjustments would probably be just fine.

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff! I was dealing with a a disc that was compressed on one side causing my vertebrae to put pressure on my nerves that had me down for almost 8 months. Months of useless doctor visits resulting in absolutely no solutions other than surgery or pain killers.. Rhino had me figured out in 30 minutes of being there. I noticed a difference the very first visit. After 4 weeks I was doing things I hadn't done in almost a year. I couldn't stand in a line at a store for more than a few minutes without almost falling over. If I was laying down, I couldn't lift my hips up to slide a piece of paper under me. I couldn't be more grateful for everyone there. Thank you. Decompression bed and adjustments made all the difference. I couldn't even do adjustments after the first visit it was so painful. Now, I look forward to them. I know this is long, but I wanted to share my story so that others dealing with something similar might see that there is hope.

I can’t say enough good things about this chiropractic office! From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The doctor takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable during every visit. I’ve noticed such a big improvement already in just three visits. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly atmosphere!

It is hard to put into words the impact that Dr. Hansen and his team have had on my physical well being. From the moment you enter Rhino Chiropractic, you feel a shift in energy with a team that is fully present and deeply committed to your recovery. The care here is exceptional, the atmosphere is grounded, and the pricing is incredibly fair. If you are looking for a place where you are treated as a person rather than a file, this is it. My highest recommendation.

The girls at the front desk were super helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The doctor was very likable and spoke with suttle frankness, meaning, as a doctor he had good bedroom side manners, as it was known in the old days. This is helpful, because it opens the door for the patient to open up equally and deposits confidence in the person in front of him, so kudos to doctor Hansen on this specific quality. The field where I personally feel he failed miserably was in care over business. I was in extreme pain and had been in extreme pain for over a week and the only thing I got for my $49 dollar special was x-rays and a sale pitch for 21 sessions to fix me at $150 per session, costing over $3,000.00. I could not commit to such an expense on a nick of a dime and walked out of there $49 dollars poorer and equally hurt by my constant stabbing pain. There was no emphatic or merciful moral obligation of Dr. Hansen to help a patient that was obviously in pain. At least he should have. Decompressed me and maybe that would have convince me somewhat to commit to some sort of continued treatment with him. No doctor's code ethic displayed here as he saw me walk out of his office limping and in pain. So, this outweighed all the positive things I saw, because the main interest of a doctor, it doesn't matter the situation should be their welfare and the monetary compensation, specially, since they are already wealthy.
