I usually don’t write reviews, but this one is a MUST!!! First and foremost, I want to thank Dr. Gene for his consistent care and for always making sure I am well taken care of during every session. In March 2026, I began experiencing a type of pain I had never felt before. It started on the left side of my back, underneath my breastbone, moved toward my chest wall, and traveled up to my shoulder. I went to the ER multiple times and also saw my primary care doctor. They ran several tests, but everything came back negative, and I still had no answers as to why I was experiencing this pain. The pain became so severe that I couldn’t work or even do my normal daily activities. Before finding Dr. Gene, I had also tried seeing another chiropractor, but unfortunately, I didn’t get the relief or help I needed. By the middle of July, I was in so much pain that I was seriously considering quitting my job. I knew going back to the ER or my primary care doctor probably wouldn’t provide the answers I was looking for, so I decided to search for another chiropractor. After doing some research on Google, Dr. Gene’s office came up. Something in my heart told me this was the office I needed to go to. I was so fortunate that when I arrived, Dr. Gene was able to fit me into a cancellation appointment. From the very beginning, Dr. Gene listened to everything I had to say. He listened to my concerns, took my pain seriously, and reassured me in a way that made me feel like he genuinely cared about helping me. I know this may sound unbelievable, but after just two sessions, I was able to stop taking the medications I had been using for the pain. After the next few sessions, the rest was history. The pain and discomfort I had been suffering from for months—from March through July—were finally gone. I am incredibly grateful that I found Dr. Gene. His compassion, willingness to listen, and dedication to his patients truly made a difference for me. I was going through chronic pain in my upper right hand side of my body due to snowboard injury from a year ago and a recent lower back pain from improper ergonomics as well as being a first time dad from carrying my daughter countless times. Then I saw a Dr. Gene’s chiropractor ad via social media and took the opportunity as sign to get better. I was skeptical at first (who wouldn’t be when doing something new with a stranger) but Dr. Gene was super friendly and inviting! He made the environment like we known each other for a while. With his extensive knowledge and his state-of-art- equipment, he was able identify the sources of my pain, and gave me a 13 weeks care plan. From the moment you walk into his office, you can tell he’s in this profession because he truly wants to help people heal. After years of hip pain, I finally found relief, and after just three sessions, I was moving better than I had in a long time. Dr. Gene could easily charge much more than he does, but that’s not what motivates him. You can tell he isn’t doing this for the money—he’s doing it because he genuinely cares about helping people feel better. I also have to give credit to his father-in-law, who is an amazing chiropractor himself. It takes a special kind of trust for one great chiropractor to confidently recommend another, and I am so grateful he pointed me in Dr. Gene’s direction.
