I usually really appreciate my appointments with Dr. Alex and his staff. The staff is great they really do care about the patients and hold t down. I do notice a difference in my pain level but the only issue i have is the wait time. My appointment was at 11:30 i even arrived about 10 minutes early and I wasn't called in till 12:53. As I was waiting I kept hearing other patients complain how long they were waiting and I saw a few people walk out. This is a constant problem I would come early as 9 am during the week and I wasn't leaving the office till 11 or 11:30. I switched my appointments to evenings since they weren't as busy and I wouldn't have to wait as long. I have been trying to convince my husband to come here but with the wait times constantly being like this I know he will not want to come and will get upset and frustrated.

I had an outstanding experience and truly can’t recommend it enough. I just moved to El Paso and was looking for a chiro and this place hands down is the best. I included a longer post below, but overall, Excellent experience. The doctors really listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and offered a treatment plan based on their medical knowledge and experience. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and calming, and each visit felt unhurried and professional. What a great approach to healing the body and not treating a symptom! Just call you wont regret it! Long version— From the first visit, it was clear that this doctor genuinely cares about their patients and takes the time to listen. They carefully explained what was going on with my body and offered advice based on real knowledge and experience — not a rushed or cookie-cutter approach. I’ve been to chiropractors before where the visit was limited to quick adjustments, but this experience was completely different. The care here is comprehensive and intentional. My treatment included traction table, electrical stimulation, massage, decompression table to help with my lower back. Every part of the visit felt purposeful and focused on actual healing, not just temporary relief. The team explained each step along the way and made sure I was comfortable and informed, which I really appreciated. You can tell they are invested in long-term wellness, not just getting you in and out. The staff was friendly (great work atmosphere), amazing and the office was clean and calming, and each visit felt unhurried and professional.

I don't say it just to give a good rating, I say it because I saw improvement in my body, in the pain I had from 9 when I started it decreased from 4 to 0 in the last 3 months, Today I finished my treatment for this year, I’m looking forward to continue with more sessions next year.
