Omg this place so so amazing this place has helped my son so much and has made such a difference in his life they work amazing with babys, kids, and adults they do so much they do massages and cupping and so much more the nicest people work here they keep it very nice and comfy so everyone has the best experience they can and they are so open when asking questions they do scans so you can see the progress of the work being done and when we first came he had so much inflammation in multiple places and a bad reflux now his digestive and nervous system has improved so much love this Chiropractor

I have suffered with anxiety, depression and sleepless nights most of my life. I have been to other chiropractors but with very little help. Since I have been coming to Nourish Chiropractic I can now relax and enjoy life. I'll begin by writing to achieve what you've never had, you've got to do something that you've never done. For me, that achievement came after suffering for years with sciatica, migraines, allergies, chronic back pain and asthma...even while on prescription medication. Nourish Chiropractic was highly suggested by a family friend who always had amazing energy levels and was rarely sick. I decided to call for an initial appointment and during my first visit, scans were performed, my whole history was documented and discussed and x-rays were suggested. Dr. Diaz was so personal and beyond attentive. My treatment plan was truly tailored to me even altering treatment options that I was not comfortable with and replacing them with other options that would still secure measurable improved outcomes. Nourish Chiropractic has an organic holistic approach from the ladies at the check in desk, to the massage therapist. Both Drs. Diaz and Loya maintain professionalism with personality. Everyone there is approachable and is willing to go the extra mile to help - even with some personal things going on in my life. Nourish Chiropractic is my favorite place to be and I always leave there in better physically and emotionally.

I began chiropractic care at 30 weeks pregnant for SI pain and leaking, and I noticed positive results within just two weeks. The care made a huge difference, and I credit it for a smooth third trimester. I feel more comfortable, supported, and confident going into the final weeks of pregnancy. So thankful I came here instead of just “pushing through.” Highly recommend to all mamas!!

What a blessing to find such a wonderful chiropractic office! Not only is Dr Diaz AMAZING - all of the staff is amazing! My 14 year old son with profound nonverbal autism developed PANS from hidden toxic mold in our home 3+ years ago. The PANS causes SEVERE rages - literal psychotic rages - that he cannot control. He will attack people and destroy property. The first step was getting him out of mold exposure — we moved to El Paso to be in a dry climate and used to live in NC. But that wasn’t enough. He has been receiving regular chiropractic care at Nourish with Dr Diaz since July 2025 and it has helped him SO MUCH. PANS affects all body systems including the nervous system. Our nervous systems are the “air traffic control” for all other body systems. If one’s nervous system is jacked up, other body systems can’t function properly either… and my son has struggled with constipation for all of his life as well. Thankfully, regular adjustments help that also! While my son isn’t fully well yet, he is improving. And on the occasions when he has a rage in the chiropractors office, everyone is so supportive and works together to help him calm so that he can get adjusted and feel relief. Not every place would be so accommodating and eager to help and I am so thankful for the genuine CARE we receive at Nourish. I also receive chiropractic care for myself (MUCH needed as the trauma of PANS is horrific for me as well). Additionally, I treat myself to a monthly massage. I have been to MANY massage therapists over the last 30 years or so and I am quite picky…. Rosanne is an amazing and GIFTED massage therapist! I don’t say that lightly, trust me!
