I got my first massage ever. It was a theraputical full body massage with Teola, it was so relaxing. Medium pressure was just perfect. The bed was warm and cozy, the music was so calming. I felt comfterble through out the entire process. I didint fall asleep it was even better i was in my happy places, ive never reached before, its beautiful to get there as my counsoler/therapist has never gotten me there before. In my first session with Teola i visited most of them. The place was beautiful, evryone looked nice. The resepcionist had such good personality. The ciropractic waied at me, he seemed really cool. I should defenetly visit him too, as i do require an adjustment. I did book my second appt. With Teola. Took a few cards to recommend some pple there as my expirience was so positive, i want pple t expirence it as well. I did feel light like i was floting when i got off the bed, it was the best feeling ever like my anxiety was gone, and my voices n hallusinations wernt there bothering me, my personalities all went to thire places. It was incredible beyond 5 stars.

Dr. Ponce knows his stuff! That's why I knew I had to see him. No disrespect to those little walk in clinics, but if you want real attention and real relief you need to see Dr. Ponce and his staff. All of them so friendly, positive and professional. They take their time with you and he takes his time making sure all issues are addressed. If you need relief and have tried others with no help.... Dr Ponce and his staff I'm sure will get you on the right track to healing!

I was having pretty intense lower back pain, I couldn’t bend or even sleep comfortably. I am so glad I found this place, Dr. Ponce and his staff are so professional and are absolutely incredible at what they do. In addition to adjustments, they add a massage to every session which has helped my pain tremendously. I can never say enough great things about this place, and I highly recommend it to anyone to pay them a visit!
