Best chiro I’ve ever been to staff are fun, friendly, and multilingual. Darren is super knowledgeable and skilled. I walk out of there feeling like a new person twice a week. Couldn’t recommend Solaris more!

This place is incredible, the kindness, the ecosystem, and above all, the professionalism of the doctor and his entire team. In my experience, I had doubts at first, but as the treatment process progressed, I improved to 100%.

I noticed a handful of red flags that prevent me from returning to this practice after seeing Dr. Murphy twice. First: Dr. Murphy’s office is next to the waiting area and only has glass walls. All of the clients before me were seen in his office with the door kept completely open and the computer monitor with patient X-rays facing the lobby for all to see. I could see and hear everyone’s full appointment while I waited for mine. This seems to me like a violation of best practices in medical privacy (HIPAA). At the end of my second appointment with Dr. Murphy, I was pitched on how many sessions I would need further to address my health concerns. Dr. Murphy pressured me to make a $1500 same day payment for a package of sessions. When I informed Dr. Murphy I would have to wait a few days in order to check in with my partner and make a financial strategy to pay for the package he proposed, he actively discouraged me from doing so, stating that “partners only get in the way”. The pressure to pay felt like I was talking to a car salesman. Additionally, I asked for a copy of my report and he informed me he does not write reports (huge red flag!). When I informed him that I would like to share his findings with my PCP (primary care provider), he asked “what is a PCP?” which I found extremely perplexing coming from a doctor. I asked further if he could provide a report to my PCP’s clinic, and he told me no, and that “we can’t be sending things out willy nilly”. I left feeling extremely skeptical of the care that Solaris Chiropractic is providing, and have concerns that they are focused on profit over people and best practices. I wish I had just started by seeing a physical therapist first, as I am getting care with one now that feels trustworthy, transparent, and patient-focused (and is covered by insurance).

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with genuine smiles, kindness, and a level of care that makes you feel like family. The entire team creates a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone is treated with respect and compassion. Their multilingual staff makes communication easy and comfortable for people from all backgrounds, and it’s clear they truly care about serving their community. Beyond the excellent chiropractic and holistic care, what stands out most is the positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication to helping people feel their best. Every visit leaves me feeling supported, valued, and well cared for. If you’re looking for a place that combines outstanding care with genuinely amazing people, I highly recommend them. They have created something special, and it shows in every interaction.
