Dr. Ryan Stewart is the first chiropractor I've seen. I appreciate his concern for my lower disc pain. He really understands what I am going through. The back extension machine is very helpful.

I had a great experience at Dallas Wellness Center after going there for treatment following an auto accident. Dr. Stewart was very informative and upfront, taking the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment plan. Dr. Romo was also very nice and a great chiropractor who made sure I felt comfortable during my visits. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’m grateful for the care and support I received during my recovery.

The best I’ve ever been too. Dr. Romo is truly amazing, I always walk out feeling 10x better. Dr Stewart, the front desk team and therapists are all so kind and fun. I can’t recommend them enough.

I cannot express my gratitude towards Dallas wellness center enough. They are very organized and friendly with their patients. They provide easy and clear communication to their patients. I came in with lower back pain to the point where i wasn't able to walk correctly. Dr Kirkpatrick, Dr Romo, and Dr Stewart did an amazing job on helping me get back on track. They sent me to get ex rays in a timely manner after showing up the first day and were able to communicate back what the issue was once the ex rays were received. They provided a plan to get me back on track and feel 100 times better than when i showed up. From the staff helping in the front desk to the technicians helping the patients you wont go wrong with Dallas wellness center. Thank you all for an amazing job.
