I am so grateful for the exceptional care which has been given by Dr.Austin and each of his staff. The Softwave treatment has made such a huge difference in my ability to function daily. The first 24 hours after my initial treatment, I felt tremendous relief from the intense pain I had been dealing with in my knee. I noticed the pain from inflamation was reduced significantly within the first 2 hours of the initial treatment. I now have more energy to do the things I haven't been able to do in quite awhile. Dr. Austin takes the time to answer any questions which really helped me to feel at ease. He is genuine and very personable. Dr. Austin is the best!!! He is interested in you as a person as well as a patient. He listens to you and is caring and thoughtful. As a Chiropractor, he gets an A+ and then some. The Staff is awesome! Everyone makes me feel comfortable the minute I walk in the door.
