When my son and I found this practice we knew it was the right place. The people are fantastic and caring and the doctors are very knowledgeable. They were able to help my son with a workable plan. Today I went for myself for pain in my back and they hit the nail on the head again. They "get" me and my son totally! Love West Coast Chiro🥰🥰🥰🥰

Hands down one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. 🙌 Visiting from out of town with some neck pain, I booked a same-day appointment and the whole thing was seamless. Coordinating over text was fast, and they even accommodated a time beyond their normal hours to fit my schedule. Dr. especially went above and beyond. After my X-ray, he stayed back at the end of the day to walk me through a deeper issue he spotted and how to follow up back home, even though I’m just a visitor with no reason to return. That kind of care is rare. This team truly treats patients as people. Left with more clarity about taking care of my health. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend West Coast! Everyone was so personable and kind, from the front desk staff to the doctors. I first met with Dr. Katie and then Dr. Derek, and both were attentive, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and clearly explained everything they were seeing. The facility was clean, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. Most importantly, I felt genuinely heard and understood. I also appreciated that they were not pushy about buying packages or upselling services, which made the experience feel very honest and patient-centered. I received a great adjustment from Dr. Derek and left feeling hopeful. I will definitely be returning!

I had my first appointment today. From the phone call to schedule to being greeted in the office it was great customer service. They were very thorough and for first time patients did a stress test and x-rays. I have been to other chiropractors and they have not been as thorough. There office was nicely laid out and it was easy to schedule appointments. I appreciated how they followed up with a text and thanked me for coming in and reminded me to ice the area that was treated. Looking forward to continuing care with them.
