As a Winter Texan, I needed to find a chiropractor I could trust to continue my care while away from home—and I’m so glad I found this office. Dr. Zimmerman was compassionate, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. She explained everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The office staff was just as amazing—so sweet, welcoming, and helpful every time I came in. It’s not always easy finding quality care when you’re traveling, but this office truly exceeded my expectations. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of chiropractic care!

Dr. Zimmerman and her staff are very caring and they are really good at working with your work schedule. I went with extreme back and neck pain and after a few weeks, I felt much better. I highly recommend Dr. Zimmerman and her staff. ❤️

Dr. Zimmerman is an exceptional chiropractor in Brownsville with over 30 years of experience. Her expertise truly brings peace of mind, as I’ve experienced significant improvement in my pain since seeing her. She has a deep understanding of what needs to be done to help you feel like yourself again. In addition to her chiropractic skills, she also offers acupuncture services, which I’ve personally benefited from. Having seen many chiropractors in the past, none compare to Dr. Zimmerman. The entire team is fantastic, and they are very accommodating with scheduling. Dr. Zimmerman is truly a blessing with healing hands. I would recommend her over and over again! Thank you doctor cannot express my gratitude enough.

I would give negative stars, if I could. Very disappointing. Inital visit was quoted to be $201. For exrays, consultation and first adjustment. At check out they required a $325 payment. After some debate, she reduced it to $295. Still higher then what I was told. Before even touching my back, Dr Zimmerman said "medicare pays for 35 visits. You should use them all". (She asked how long I would be in the area, then scheduled me for Mon, Wed and Fri automatically, for that time frame). I was in extreme pain, after leaving her office and lost an entire night's sleep, sitting up with ice packs and Ibuptofen. I decided to give her one more chance (big mistake, she hurt me again). Also, her receptionist wanted me to pay $250 Medicare deductible, up front (my deductible is only $240 for starters and I don't pay for treatments in advance). She also said "medicare pays for 35 visits per year" (in reality medicare pays for 80% of reasonable and customary charges, so . . . ). I had to ask four times, what the charge actually was for that second visit and she kept saying they charge insurance $55. I finally said "you are not answering my question. I want to know what you are actually charging me for this one session". She wanted the medicare deductible at that time, finally I got her to tell me the visit was $55. ( I clarificated that the amount covered the adjustment, massage tables and all. I wanted no more surprises). After that second visit and two horribly pain filled night, I learned my very expensive lesson and canceled all appointments. On my first visit, I was told that I would have my exrays to take with me (I'm a full time RV'er). I requested a copy of them right away (Mon), Was told they would I ready Wed. I requested them again on Wed, was told they would be ready Fri. By friday I had cancelled all appointments. I drove, the hour, to her office and requested my exrays. I was told she was too busy to get them for me. I was getting upset at this point and said, rather loudly, "She can not have been been too busy for 24 hours a day, since Monday. I was told they would be ready Wed. I'll wait." So my husband and I sat in the office until presented with a CD. There is something on the CD, but none of the files will open. (That could just mean that I don't have the needed app? Time will tell). Dr Zimmerman also recommended, strongly, that I purchase supplements and anti-inflammatory medicine she had in the office. She sent me out on the first visit with a foot/heel lift for my shoe (even after telling me that it probably would not solve my issue and may even make it worse. Why? Didn't even bother to tell me which foot/shoe to use it in. I tried to return it the following visit and was told they don't do refunds. They did finally agree to give me $8, after I pointed out that it was unused, unwanted and basically forced on me). I have been seeing chropractors for over 50 years and I have never been treated this way or hurt like this. In my opinion, you should have less pain after your adjustment, not more. Please be careful and protect yourself. Good luck out there. 🙃☺️
