Truly unique experience. I was able to feel much better after the session. Not going to like there were some disconfort but in a good way and thats just part of the process too. Felt my tension knows (and boy where they felt) but after the alignment and focus I had better range and mobility in my arms which I hadnt had in quite a while. Would highly recomend it to anyone looking for a unique chiropractor experience. Can't wait to come back!
I can’t recommend Dr. Carlos Ruiz and Somatic Alchemy enough! I have TMJ and have dealt with the discomfort and tension that comes with it, but after my treatment with Dr. Ruiz, I felt relief almost immediately. It was honestly amazing how quickly the tension started to release. What I really appreciate is that he doesn’t just focus on one area or take a one-size-fits-all approach. He takes the time to understand where the tension is coming from and uses different techniques to work with the muscles and improve mobility. If you deal with TMJ, jaw tension, headaches, neck tension, or just feel like your body is constantly holding stress, I highly recommend giving Somatic Alchemy a try. The difference I feel after a treatment is incredible, and I’m so glad I found someone who actually knows how to work with the underlying muscle tension.
