10/10 1st time and I’m currently getting ready to book another session. I love those people!

Never received any service and took my money. Extremely rude receptionist, unprofessional practice. I can go on and on about what a horrible place this is. Update: The fact that you, a “professional” doctors office is arguing with me on this review and quite literally lying as well is humorous. Even if you didn’t want to reschedule me your front desk lady didn’t have to start yelling at me, cut me off while I was talking, and then hang up on my face all while I was talking in a very calm demeanour. Why are you lying that Groupon agreed with you because I didn’t have time to deal with your BS and wanted a peace of mind so didn’t go back and forth with them. I just contacted them that once and their exact words were “ We spoke to the merchant please contact them as they are willing to help.” Which I then did contact and they asked for an apology after which I would not get the service or a refund so I don’t know if we are all grown adults here? Oh btw it was the loony doctor on the phone. Also I don’t have to explain my reasonings for rescheduling but 1 was my grandmas death, 2nd was an exam , and 3rd was a religious thing. If you’re not paying your staff regardless of having a patient or not that’s not my fault. I’ve never heard of a practice who does that. So that’s it folks the doctor and his staff are 0 stars! (Also I see in your other reviews that it is a common occurrence for you to treat your patients bad and then fight with them in reviews 😂)

Made a appointment and got me in right away. Very knowledgeable and pretty much figured out my problem in a very short time. Suffered from lower back pain after first visit I feel about 110% better. Office was very nice and he was very easy to chat with. Thankyou

Great first experience. Today, I received a 60-minute sports massage, combining Swedish and Deep-Tissue. It included some stretching, trigger point therapy, passive release of motion, and myofascial release. Danial, the massage therapist, did an excellent job and created a friendly environment. It was an interesting coincidence that he is close with an old teacher of mine from last year.

I was visiting from out of town, and was recommended to this clinic by my friend. They took me in - same day appointment (thank goodness). Dr. Novia is so wonderful. He took the time to find out all aspects of my lifestyle to source the main issue. The treatment was amazing. I felt so much better after my visit. Highly recommend this clinic!!! Thank you Dr. Novia!! I will definitely be back when I’m back in town. Thank you so much to the lovely front desk staff who found an appointment for me same day.
